This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Shipping Fees
We offer shipping at the following rates:
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Once your order is packaged, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Any taxes, fees or other additional charges that need to be paid upon importing products to your country and your, the customer’s, responsibility and it is down to you to research and be aware of any charges that may be applicable to you.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes. It is down to you, the consumer, to provide accurate and up to date delivery addresses and instructions for the courier to understand.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Additionally, the postal service may send you email updates regarding the status of your order. Check the tracking number and speak to the courier if you are unsure and want further information.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING ORDERS IN TRANSIT
Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit, StarEevee has no control over its journey or handling by the courier or postal service. We rely on third-party delivery services to ensure your order reaches you, and while we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, delays or issues that occur during transit are outside of our responsibility.
Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate delivery information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted and your parcel cannot be delivered or is lost as a result, it will be your responsibility to contact the courier service directly to resolve the issue. We are unable to intervene or make changes to your delivery once the parcel has left our hands.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is delayed, lost, or returned due to address errors, you will need to liaise directly with the courier to locate or reclaim your parcel. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check your address details before placing your order.
